HOCOBARS Shipping Policy

We currently offer delivery within Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

Processing time
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Delivery time
Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days.
Express delivery is estimated at 1–2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weekends, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on the delivery option selected.

Sydney-only delivery
At this time, HOCOBARS only accepts orders for delivery within our selected Sydney delivery area. Orders outside our delivery area may not be accepted.

Chocolate and hot weather
Chocolate may be affected by high temperatures during transportation. We package our products carefully, but HOCOBARS is not responsible for melting caused by extreme weather or delays after the parcel has been dispatched.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs so we can assist you.
